Responsibilities

Ready To Own The Story That Takes Personify Health's Solutions To Market?

Why This Role Matters

Product marketing at Personify Health isn't a support function — it's a growth driver. In this role, you'll own the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy that determines how our solutions land with buyers, how Sales wins deals, and how new products enter the market with momentum. You'll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Marketing — translating what we build into compelling narratives that resonate with the people who buy and use our platform. When this role fires on all cylinders, pipelines grow, win rates improve, and Personify Health's market position gets stronger.

What You'll Actually Do

Own positioning and messaging: Lead the development of benefits-led value propositions, product positioning, and messaging frameworks that differentiate Personify Health's solutions by market segment, buyer persona, and stage of the buying journey — validated with proof points and grounded in customer voice.

Drive go-to-market strategy and product launches: Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for product launches and releases — from strategy through post-launch — ensuring on-time delivery and measurable market impact.

Build market and competitive intelligence: Maintain deep knowledge of key market segments, buyer personas across the full buying committee, and top competitors by product — regularly reviewing win/loss data and sales calls to sharpen differentiation and inform strategy.

Develop content and sales assets: Identify content gaps, oversee creation, and contribute directly to high-impact assets — including presentation decks, solution sheets, and case studies — adapting based on engagement metrics, sales feedback, and market trends.

Enable Sales and Strategic Account Executives: Partner with Commercial Enablement to equip Sales with the tools, frameworks, and content needed to position and sell effectively — ensuring the right message reaches the right buyer at the right time.

Set goals and report on impact: Establish measurable marketing objectives aligned to business strategy, track quantitative and qualitative performance, and use data to continuously optimize programs and communicate results to leadership.

Mentor junior marketing team members: Coach and develop emerging marketers on the team, modeling rigor, strategic thinking, and strong cross-functional partnership.

Lead complex cross-functional work: Navigate and facilitate high-stakes planning conversations across Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership — aligning stakeholders and driving shared outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
