Responsibilities

Ready To wn the ID Card Setup and Compliance Process That Puts the Right Card in Every Member's Hands?

 

Why This Role Matters

An ID card is often the first tangible thing a member receives from their health plan — and when it's wrong, the consequences land immediately at the point of care. This role owns the full lifecycle of client ID card setup and maintenance, from initial configuration in Zelis through pre-release audits and network compliance reviews. Getting it right the first time matters.

 

What You'll Actually Do

 

Set up and maintain client ID card rules: Build and manage client-specific rules in Zelis from initial setup through all subsequent maintenance, ensuring configurations stay accurate as plan details evolve.

Audit and release ID card files: Review and release ID card files in Zelis, conduct self-audits on all proofs, and run pre-release audits before mass print jobs to confirm members receive the correct cards.

Research and resolve ID card issues: Investigate ID card discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive resolution in coordination with Benefit Eligibility, Data Operations, and Product Engineering.

Monitor projects through completion: Track ID card projects across the internal review lifecycle, flagging delays and ensuring nothing stalls before member delivery.

Support the sales pipeline: Develop sample cards for prospective clients, providing accurate previews that support the sales process.

Maintain network compliance: Review revised network guidelines and update card configurations to keep all active cards in compliance.

Participate in implementation meetings: Attend implementation sessions to ensure new client setups are accurate and aligned from the start

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of experience in system analysis, data analysis, and/or process improvement
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Zelis or similar ID card/benefits platform preferred
