When technology works, people can focus on their health, their work, and their impact. This role keeps Personify Health running supporting employees across the globe with fast, reliable IT support.

 

You’ll be on the front lines, resolving issues, maintaining systems, and making sure every tool from laptops to cloud platforms works the way it should.

 

What You'll Actually Do

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to internal users across a global environment
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and critical incidents
  • Mentor and support junior analysts, helping develop their technical skills
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and networking
  • Support and administer core systems including Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, and Intune
  • Respond to and manage support tickets within SLA (4-hour response, 24-hour resolution/escalation)
  • Support office technology, meeting rooms, and AV systems across locations
  • Identify and implement improvements to service desk processes and workflows
  • Help automate routine IT tasks to improve efficiency
  • Maintain system documentation, service catalog, and best practices
  • Manage hardware and software setup, deployment, and asset tracking
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, and production deployments
  • Ensure systems are secure, patched, and up to date

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Team

 

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree, or equivalent, in computer science or related discipline
  • 3–5 years of IT desktop support experience, including network support and MS Windows applications
  • A+ Certificate
  • Must reside in Arizona

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office 365 administration
  • Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Windows and Mac client operating systems
  • Experience troubleshooting networking issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Hands-on experience with device management tools (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or similar
  • LAN/WAN/WLAN networking
  • Network cabling, PCs, laptops, printers, and email systems
  • SSO/Identity Provider management (OpenID/SAML applications)
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) for laptops and mobile devices

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
