This role turns operational complexity into clear processes, documented standards, and actionable insights that help IT and Security teams work better together. When you do this well, the organization moves faster, reduces friction, and builds a stronger foundation for delivering personalized health at scale.
What You'll Actually Do
Analyze operational workflows: Partner with IT and Security to understand current processes, standard operating procedures, and system dependencies across operations.
Design practical improvements: Modify and develop IT and Security processes that streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce operational cost and friction.
Document how work gets done: Create and maintain standardized process documentation covering systems, workflows, protocols, and recurring tasks to ensure consistent execution.
Bridge business and technology: Act as a liaison between technical teams and operations, translating technical capabilities into usable, real-world process improvements.
Gather and clarify requirements: Collect business and technical requirements, interpret data, and produce insights that support informed operational decisions.
Support transformation initiatives: Contribute to company-wide operational and transformation efforts, identifying dependencies and coordinating needs across teams.
Enable operational visibility: Build and support dashboards, metrics, and reporting that give leaders clear insight into IT Operations performance.
