Responsibilities

Who are you?

 

The Manager, Client Delivery will have responsibility for serving in a direct management and coach role with a small team Senior / Delivery Specialists, and collaborating internally on client solutions and contributing to department projects.

 

This role will have a specific market focus, amongst Personify Health client base. 

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

anage a team of individual contributors, including measuring competencies and identifying opportunities for professional development

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on navigating Personify Health operational processes and procedures, including for clients (as called upon)
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to execute deliverables for clients in escalated situations
  • Contribute to overall functioning and improvement of the department by leading operational improvement projects
  • Contribute to overall team learning and development by actively participating in new hire onboarding and ongoing training/skill development initiatives 

Knowledge

  • Superior knowledge of Personify Health product functionality.
  • Strong knowledge of tools significant in Manager responsibilities and used in team responsibilities
  • Previous experience working on either (preferably both) a Software as a Service (SaaS) and wellness/wellbeing/health care environment preferred
  • Previous experience as a manager is ideal, but not required.
  • Previous experience working at Personify Health preferred. 

Skills

  • Proficiency with various software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive) *Previous experience using Salesforce preferred
  • Strong ability to navigate directly, and guide team members through, a dynamic technological environment

  • Self-motivated with proactive and resourceful approach, appropriate sense of urgency and a positive attitude

  • Willingness to grow team members through coaching, and guide them appropriately in problem solving

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • 6+ years of directly related account management, project management and/or operational account support
  • 0-2+ years of managerial / team leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred, but not required).
