We're seeking a strategic, people-first leader with passion for developing high-performing teams that partner with clients to transform healthcare and wellbeing strategies. As our Director of Account Management for the TPA business unit, you'll lead Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives while setting clear vision, coaching for growth, and holding teams accountable for exceptional client outcomes.

✓ Dual leadership responsibility: Lead both Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives supporting Fortune 500, national, and global clients
✓ Commercial accountability: Own renewals, expansion into new products/services/populations, and performance outcomes across client portfolio
✓ Consultative expertise: Balance empathy, insight, and commercial acumen while modeling excellence in discovery, presentations, pricing, and negotiations
✓ Cross-functional collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic planning, service delivery, and execution excellence
Lead high-performing teams: Guide Strategic Account Executives and Account Managers supporting diverse portfolio including Fortune 500, national, and global clients focused on retention, revenue growth, and reference-ability.
Develop consistent excellence: Instill consistent standards while guiding and sustaining diverse, high-performing team through thoughtful feedback, development opportunities, and ongoing direction.
Drive revenue intelligence: Provide meaningful insights and leading indicators of revenue growth and risk through diligent pipeline management and oversight of client revenue, opportunities, and retention risk.
Model client engagement excellence: Lead by example in building rapport with account stakeholders at strategic levels (CHRO, VP Total Rewards) through executive presence and domain knowledge.
Oversee commercial operations: Provide oversight and support for pricing, proposals, RFPs, contract management, and negotiations while ensuring strategic alignment.
Guide strategic planning: Uncover and listen to client objectives, barriers, and leadership focus to develop actionable, evolving client-specific strategies in partnership with Account Management.
Represent company externally: Participate in thought leadership presentations, industry conferences, and client events as Personify Health representative.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges up to $145,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 15% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
