Responsibilities

Ready to Drive Revenue Growth Through Elite Client Partnerships?
 
We're seeking a relationship-focused sales professional who can deliver annual revenue growth through contract renewals and strategic expansion. As our Strategic Account Executive, you'll manage Strategic & Enterprise-sized global employer clients within the Wellbeing portfolio while translating deep relationships into material value and ARR growth.

What You'll Actually Do
 
Build executive relationships: Establish credibility with account stakeholders at all levels through consistent executive presence, depth of domain knowledge, and diligent preparation.
Drive strategic alignment: Proactively identify client objectives, challenges, and leadership priorities while uncovering barriers and developing actionable strategic plans for maximum client satisfaction and ROI.
Own revenue performance: Take ownership of reliable retention revenue and expansion targets, supporting complex renewals and expansion sales including Salesforce pipeline management, RFP proposals, negotiations, and contract oversight.
Ensure client satisfaction: Support positive client satisfaction scores and provide oversight for proactive action plans required to maintain relationships and secure reference-ability.
Deliver strategic presentations: Develop and deliver business reviews deriving insights from data, executive reporting, strategic planning, product capability overviews, and thought-leadership presentations.
Monitor contractual excellence: Confirm all client contractual obligations are met while communicating any contractual risks to appropriate Personify Health management.
Provide leadership communications: Maintain ongoing, consistent leadership and internal stakeholder communications regarding client feedback, status, and strategic action plans.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

 

The account management foundation:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years Sales and/or Account Management experience with health industry experience
  • Wellbeing, population health, navigation, digital health, or related field experience
  • Solid understanding of employee benefits and self-funded business
The strategic expertise:
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain high level of expertise in account service/consultative selling techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex situations, deliver renewals, and increase lines of business on existing clients
  • Direct experience with client management, benefits strategy management, data-analytics, health promotion research, or related sales experience
  • Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

  • Customer-focused trusted advisor: Dedicated to meeting client expectations while establishing effective relationships that gain trust and respect

  • Health domain expertise: Demonstrates knowledge of US/Global healthcare ecosystem and employer-sponsored coverages with ability to connect broader healthcare strategies to wellbeing initiatives

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 40% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
