Who are you?
The Proposal Coordinator role is vital to ensuring the successful development of proposals, supporting the team in delivering compelling documents that meet client expectations while fostering a collaborative work environment. The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Proposal Team Lead in the development and production of RFP and RFI projects. This role requires attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and US Proposal Managers to produce high-quality proposal documents that meet client/broker/consultant requirements.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
1. Proposal Development Support:
a. Assist in the preparation and formatting of proposal documents, ensuring compliance with client/broker/consultant specifications and organizational standards
b. Organize and maintain proposal content and resources for easy access by team members.
2. Collaboration:
a. Work closely with the Proposal Team Lead and US Proposal Managers to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
b. Participate in proposal strategy meetings and contribute ideas to enhance proposal quality.
3. Quality Control:
a. Review proposal drafts for clarity, consistency, and adherence to guidelines, providing feedback as needed.
b. Ensure all proposals are free of errors and meet handoff deadlines.
4. Project Management:
a. Track proposal timelines, deadlines and key milestones, updating the team on progress and any potential issues.
b. Assist in coordinating meetings and communications among team members and stakeholders.
5. Research and Analysis:
a. Conduct research on industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform proposal strategies.
b. Gather and compile relevant data and case studies to strengthen proposal content.
