Who are you?

 

We are looking for a Proposal Pricing COE Analyst to join our Sales Enablement team, where you will be responsible for supporting the review, approval, and optimization of custom pricing strategies for Third Party Administrator (TPA) RFPs and proposal efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across Sales Enablement, Product SMEs, and Finance to help ensure that pricing proposals are competitive and financially sound. As an individual contributor, you will assist in establishing and maintaining pricing best practices, promote operational efficiency, and provide timely support on high-value, strategic deals.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

 

  • Support the review, validation, and approval process for custom pricing on TPA RFPs and proposal documents under established guidelines.
  • Ensure all pricing proposals comply with corporate margin goals and financial policies by collaborating with Finance and Leadership as needed.
  • Assist with resolving complex pricing scenarios by escalating issues and working closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Work alongside Product SMEs to understand product offerings, costs, and configurable pricing options.
  • Coordinate with Finance to help evaluate deal profitability and financial impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Proposal Managers to support cohesive and compliant RFP submissions.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of pricing frameworks, tools, and templates to streamline custom pricing processes.
  • Help maintain governance for pricing exceptions and participate in deal desk reviews.
  • Analyze pricing data and trends to provide insights and support ongoing strategy improvements.
  • Act as a key pricing resource for TPA-related RFPs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.

Assist with deal structuring discussions and communicate pricing rationale to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with TPA and Well-Being solutions preferred
  • Understanding of the commercial sales cycle and related processes preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pricing, deal desk, finance, or sales operations, ideally within healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise services preferred

You also take pride in offering the following Core Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics:

 

  • Familiarity with pricing strategies, financial modeling, and contract structures
  • Experience supporting complex proposals, preferably in TPA or B2B environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and proposal platforms (such as Loopio or Responsive) is a plus
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical decision-making skills
