Who are you?

 

The Tier 3 Technical Lead is a highly skilled individual contributor responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise cloud infrastructure and endpoint technologies. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, automation, and configuration across systems such as Entra ID, Jamf, and Microsoft 365, while ensuring compliance with security and uptime standards. The engineer also collaborates with internal teams to implement improvements and support strategic IT initiatives.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Providing Tier 3 escalation support and resolving complex technical issues
  • Deploying OS and third-party patches to address vulnerabilities and maintain compliance
  • Design and maintain automated desktop management and cloud-based systems (Intune, Jamf, Meraki, Azure, Microsoft 365)
  • Experience with automation workflows and scripting solutions (PowerShell, Python)
  • Assisting with security audits, investigations, and data integrity initiatives
  • Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades
  • Point of escalation for Service Desk team members
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures
  • Responsible for office deployments and the maintenance of technologies in that region
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize performance of servers, networks, and enterprise systems
  • Triaging tickets effectively from Tier 2 and Tier 1
  • Managing the agent’s ticket flow progression for timely actions and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and ITIL best practices
  • T3 support in daily processing of request and ongoing maintenance
  • Creating and maintaining SOP’s and KB articles
  • Continuously improve cloud systems and environment’s
  • To have a good understanding of Microsoft cloud services such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and others
  • Capable of working independent and able to understand the current system setup
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure and service delivery
  • Refine incident response workflows and escalation protocols with service desk leadership
  • Analyze performance metrics across IT systems to optimize health and recommend improvements

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

  • A “Hungry, Humble, and Smart” attitude with a strong sense of ownership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
  • Industry certifications in cloud, networking, or security is a plus (e.g., Azure, AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, Jamf)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID
  • Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools
  • Experience with identity and access management platforms (SSO, OpenID, SAML)
  • Familiarity with modern device management (MDM) for laptops and mobile devices
  • Experience packaging and deploying applications across MacOS and Windows
