Responsibilities

As a Coach Team Manager of Live Services, you will be an important member of the Live Services Leadership Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the quality and performance management of full-time and/or part-time team members and collaboration with peers and service stakeholders. You will have direct oversight of your direct reports who are responsible for coaching on both Lifestyle Management and/or Condition Management related topics.   

Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Duties:

Team and People Management 

  • Conduct monthly one-on-ones and facilitate meetings to address performance, share service updates, and develop individualized plans for team members
  • Support the development and performance of direct reports through accountability to service excellence, guiding and coaching, feedback, and metric management
  • Create an environment that elevates morale through trust, collaboration, creative problem solving, growth opportunities, and team building activities
  • Ensure adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures while balancing the needs of the business and its employees
  • Manage scheduling adjustments and redistribute workloads to ensure member support and optimize staffing efficiency
  • Participate in on-call and/or after-hour requirements and responsibilities
  • Represent the needs of your direct reports to Live Services Senior Leadership, identifying impact to business and/or employee experience
  • Maintain familiarity with current systems, products, and training materials

Quality Expectations 

  • Accountable for the delivery and high-quality performance of service for direct reports using quality assessment tools and data analysis
  • Complete minimum quality review requirements per team member
  • Member facing interaction 5% of time
  • Support service ticket triage and member escalations

Cross-functional Partnerships 

  • Responsible for collaborating with Training and Quality to support the self and peer review processes, communicate quality trends, and identify and address training needs delivered through team trainings
  • Act as a stakeholder in the training and implementation of Live Services product and strategy, as needed
  • Participate in projects, initiatives, and workgroups, as assigned

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences or nursing required, Master’s degree or licensure preferred
  • 2+ years people management experience
  • National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) strongly encouraged
  • Expert knowledge in behavior change and coaching skills required
  • Experience working as a Live Services team member preferred.

Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for x% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
