We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who can support new client onboarding while providing exceptional ongoing service. As our Account Management Coordinator, you'll act as product expert and trusted partner, helping resolve client issues, analyze benefit trends, and support renewals.

✓ Problem-solving focus: Research issues, access necessary resources, and escalate to appropriate experts for resolution
✓ Strategic support: Assist Account Managers during contract renewal process while supporting open enrollment activities
✓ Client relationship building: Participate in and host client meetings while providing ongoing support and education
What You'll Actually Do
Ensure client satisfaction: Collaborate across business functions to ensure client needs are met while following through on outstanding items until resolution.
Monitor performance: Track internal performance to confirm client expectations are consistently met while maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records.
Resolve complex issues: Research issues, access necessary resources, and escalate to appropriate internal expert for comprehensive resolution.
Support client engagement: Participate in and/or host client meetings as needed while assisting in organizing open enrollment strategies, health fairs, and employee education sessions.
Assist with renewals: Support Account Managers during contract renewal process while providing ongoing analysis and strategic input for client success.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $19 to $25 per hour. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is part time and therefore not eligible for benefits.
