As our Intelligent Automation Developer, you'll create simple, effective business applications using low-code platforms while turning complex spreadsheets and workflows into streamlined digital solutions that drive real business impact.

What You'll Actually Do

Build practical applications: Develop and maintain low-code/no-code applications that solve real business problems using platforms like Smartsheet, Airtable, and Power Apps.

Automate workflows: Create intelligent automations using Power Automate, Airtable Automations, and similar tools to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.

Design data solutions: Structure data within low-code platforms for easy use and visibility while creating views, filters, and summary reports that support decision-making.

Connect systems: Integrate applications with tools like Google Sheets, SharePoint, Salesforce, Slack, and REST APIs to improve data flow and reduce operational silos.

Support users: Gather feedback, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve tools based on user needs while providing training and documentation.

Collaborate strategically: Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into practical low-code solutions that deliver measurable value.

What You Bring to Our Mission

The platform expertise:

• Experience using Smartsheet, Airtable, Power Apps, Power Automate, Google Workspace, or similar low-code platforms
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data organization
• Experience with low-code development platforms (Appian, Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, OutSystems, ServiceNow)

The technical competencies:

• Comfort working with structured data and organizing information for business use
• Knowledge of workflow automation and process mapping
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling
• Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and integrations

The professional qualities:

• Ability to understand process needs and translate them into simple, usable tools
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects effectively
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and explaining tools clearly
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive product decisions and optimizations
• Proven ability to adapt to dynamic, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
