Ready to Guide Clients Through Transformative Wellbeing Program Success?

We're seeking a passionate client success professional who can take ownership of guiding clients through wellbeing program planning and execution. As our Wellbeing Client Success Manager, you'll ensure best-practice design and flawless implementation while managing day-to-day account activities and identifying growth opportunities.

✓ Growth facilitation: Support Expansion, Strategic Accounts, and Sales teams in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities

✓ Data-driven approach: Conduct client reviews, analyze performance data, and develop strategic action plans aligned with client objectives

 

What You'll Actually Do

Lead client retention and growth: Take ownership of retention, growth, and onboarding efforts for client portfolio while monitoring and fulfilling contractual obligations.

 

Build strategic relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, brokers, and influencers while communicating product roadmaps with enthusiasm.

 

Manage program delivery: Design and execute tailored engagement plans based on client organizational needs while collaborating with Client Delivery Team on operational processes.

 

Analyze and optimize: Conduct client reviews, analyze performance data, and develop strategic action plans while monitoring program engagement for optimization opportunities.

 

Support implementation: Partner with Project Management Team for successful new client implementations while developing year-round client program plans.

 

Coordinate internal teams: Manage day-to-day account activities while coordinating with Client Delivery, Client Solutions, and Business Analysts for seamless execution.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The client success foundation:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline
  • 3+ years direct account management work with primary accountability for overall account relationships
  • Background in consulting, wellness, health insurance, healthcare, navigation, and/or related field

The technical expertise:

  • Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight (Gainsight preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills

The professional competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation with demonstrated ability to collaborate
  • Collaborative, fast-moving approach with comfort with change
  • Self-directed with proven ability to work independently while serving as trusted advisor to clients
