We're seeking a strategic operational leader who can manage the ongoing performance of our diverse portfolio of leased carrier networks while serving as a direct extension of the Director of Network Management. As our Network Manager, you'll ensure internal operational excellence while supporting the strategic success of our network products, including leased networks and COE partners.

✓ Portfolio management: Oversee diverse network partnerships including secondary, regional, and dental networks with comprehensive performance monitoring
✓ Strategic insights: Develop performance dashboards that deliver actionable insights driving business decisions for leadership and client account teams
✓ Cross-functional impact: Collaborate with Claims Operations, Clinical teams, and Commercial teams to ensure operational alignment and excellence
✓ Implementation leadership: Support GTM new network implementation with project management expertise and operational readiness coordination
Drive network performance excellence: Report on network performance focusing on KPIs including performance guarantees, client and membership growth, network revenue, product utilization, and quality outcomes.
Maintain operational oversight: Develop network management documentation, prepare internal updates, manage contracts, and serve as primary contact for operational issues and processes.
Monitor compliance rigorously: Track performance guarantees for all networks, ensure accurate delivery of network scorecards, and review data for ongoing compliance with membership growth targets and claims timeliness.
Resolve complex escalations: Lead research and resolution of service requests including complex client escalations related to network issues while collaborating with networks on training coordination.
Support strategic initiatives: Provide GTM new network implementation support, organize network notifications processes, and contribute to strategic development of network management capabilities.
Enable internal teams: Support Claims Operations by providing clarity on unique operational and contractual nuances of each network while building collaborative relationships with Commercial and Operations Enablement teams.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
