Ready to Be the Backbone of Seamless Client Launches?

We're looking for a highly organized project coordinator who thrives on turning complex client implementations into smooth, successful launches. As our Implementation Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between project managers, cross-functional teams, and new clients, ensuring every detail is managed and every deadline is met during the critical onboarding phase.

What You'll Actually Do

Orchestrate complex implementations: Support Implementation Project Managers by developing detailed project plans, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across departments to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Drive accountability and results: Monitor internal timelines, follow up on missed deadlines, and escalate issues to leadership when necessary to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

Lead collaborative solutions: Facilitate internal implementation meetings, resolve business roadblocks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Anticipate and mitigate risks: Identify potential implementation challenges, communicate impacts to stakeholders, and proactively develop solutions that prevent delays or quality issues.

Ensure system integrity: Assist in auditing and validating new client setups across internal systems, maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the implementation process.

Build strategic relationships: Work effectively with clients, brokers, vendors, and internal teams to negotiate priorities and manage changing requirements with professionalism.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

 

The educational foundation:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related discipline
  • 2+ years of project management or software implementation experience
  • Previous client or broker interaction experience strongly preferred

The industry expertise:

  • Health plan insurance, benefits administration, or third-party administrator (TPA) experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of healthcare operations and benefits implementation processes
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in health plan administration

The technical skills:

  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
  • Ability to navigate dynamic technological environments and multiple software platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex operational challenges

The professional qualities:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and deadline management
  • Outstanding interpersonal and written communication abilities for diverse stakeholder interactions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and collaborative approach
  • Strong relationship-building skills with capacity to influence and negotiate effectively across organizational levels

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $22 to $26 per hour. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
