We're seeking a technically skilled engineer who can ensure our SaaS products deliver fast, stable, and optimized experiences for our members. As our DevOps Engineer II, you'll focus on developer efficiency while safeguarding critical non-functional requirements, working at the intersection of engineering excellence and member impact.

What You'll Actually Do

Build robust infrastructure: Maintain and evolve Personify Health's cloud computing infrastructure using infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform while focusing on security, scaling, and cost optimization.

Support deployment excellence: Manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) aligned with branching and quality assurance strategies while collaborating with developers to bring new features into production.

Drive operational excellence: Develop and improve operational practices and procedures with comprehensive runbooks while supporting continuous improvement of existing infrastructure, tools, and processes.

Enable development teams: Work with cross-functional teams to manage requirements while building strong relationships that hold everyone accountable for quality expectations.

Stay technology current: Dive deep into emerging technologies and help evaluate, prototype, and integrate new tools and strategies into work processes while learning continuously and applying lessons learned.

Deliver project success: Work independently and with team members to deliver project milestones and tasks on schedule while communicating progress regularly and managing stakeholder expectations.
