We're looking for a driven marketing student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience that actually matters. As our Marketing Intern, you'll work alongside our dynamic marketing team to execute campaigns and events that reach thousands of people while building skills that set you up for career success in marketing or communications.

What You'll Actually Do

Drive event success: Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and community activations—managing timelines, vendor relationships, and all the details that make events memorable.

Execute impactful campaigns: Help implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content distribution, and social media engagement under expert mentorship.

Master project coordination: Maintain campaign calendars, track deliverables, coordinate asset approvals, and ensure campaigns launch on time and on strategy.

Analyze and optimize: Collect and organize campaign data, prepare post-event reports, and identify insights that drive continuous improvement in our marketing effectiveness.

Support team excellence: Research venues, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare event materials, and handle the logistical details that enable our team to focus on strategy and creativity.

What You Bring to Our Mission

The educational foundation:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong academic performance with proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

The digital skills:

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and basic digital marketing concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with design tools like Canva is advantageous

The professional qualities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills that handle fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving with positive attitude and adaptability
