We're seeking an experienced Account Manager with direct client service experience focused on self-funded groups. As our TPA Client Success Manager, you'll play critical role in building positive relationships, managing expectations, resolving issues, and finding solutions that ensure client satisfaction and retention.

✓ TPA expertise required: Prior experience working for TPA or with self-funded groups is essential for success in this role
✓ Relationship building: Serve as main point of contact while providing positive experience through timely responses and creative solutions
✓ Strategic planning: Initiate and monitor renewals while evaluating market conditions and implementing new strategies
✓ Regulatory knowledge: Stay informed of issues affecting benefit plans while updating clients on necessary changes
Serve as primary contact: Support incoming service inquiries and refer complex questions to sales team while providing positive experience through timely, creative solutions.
Manage renewal process: Initiate and monitor renewals in collaboration with sales team to evaluate market, analyze plan data, and implement new strategies.
Oversee implementations: Manage implementation of new contracts by overseeing underwriting process and installation documentation while maintaining thorough product knowledge.
Provide regulatory guidance: Stay informed of regulatory issues affecting benefit plans and update clients when necessary while gathering product information for comparison.
Support business intelligence: Compile competitor data and market insights while documenting interactions in CRM system and maintaining organized filing systems.
Ensure business success: Meet with clients face-to-face to ensure business objectives are met while monitoring commission payments and managing delinquent payment calls.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
