Manage client relationships: Meet weekly with clients to review implementation steps, explain services, timelines, and instructions while responding to requests and questions throughout the process.

Coordinate complex logistics: Work with clients to obtain plan documents, coordinate vendor selection (medical, PPO, dental providers), manage plan changes, eligibility, stop loss coverage, and banking arrangements.

Resolve implementation challenges: Address issues like obtaining eligibility data from prior administrators, ensure claims transfers for timely processing, and liaise with provider networks for proper data transmission.

Drive project excellence: Maintain overall implementation project ownership while coordinating activities and deliverables among all internal departments using standard methodology and procedures.

Support business development: Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP completion, prospect sales calls, and finalist meetings while contributing to process improvement initiatives.
