We're seeking an analytical professional who can help Operations leadership effectively manage against critical KPIs. As our Operations Data Analyst, you'll bring clarity to how Personify Health is performing through comprehensive reporting, dashboard development, and insightful analysis that drives continuous improvement.

 

What makes this role different

 

Strategic impact: Your analysis directly influences operational decisions and performance improvements across the organization

Comprehensive scope: Work with diverse data sources to create comprehensive view of business performance

Forecasting expertise: Develop forecasting models for key metrics including revenue performance and productivity

Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with multiple internal functions to understand and analyze business activities

 

What You'll Actually Do

Master data sources: Understand key data sources within Personify Health and extract/merge data using tools like Excel, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.

 

Create reporting excellence: Develop reporting and dashboards that reflect KPIs and other data required by TPA Operations leadership for effective function management.

 

Analyze performance: Assess reports and dashboards to identify opportunities and underperformance areas, highlighting findings and recommending improvement plans.

 

Explore trends proactively: Use knowledge of Personify business and available data to explore trends in business performance metrics and determine cause/effect relationships.

 

Support decision-making: Develop miscellaneous reports on ad hoc basis as directed by Operations leadership to support strategic planning and operational excellence.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The analytical foundation:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics/Statistics/Information Science or equivalent in related discipline
  • 1-3 years professional work experience in finance, data analytics, operational reporting, or equivalent data analysis experience preferred

The technical expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Experience with or working knowledge of TPA business model including claims billing, processing, and reporting
  • Ability to create data models to forecast and assess outcomes of various business activities

The professional competencies:

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on pattern recognition
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent interpersonal and writing skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams throughout Personify Health
  • Capability to work independently and as part of team with high level of professionalism
