Ready to Empower Sales Success Through Strategic Enablement?

We're looking for a strategic enablement professional who can provide comprehensive support to Sales and Strategic Account teams. As our Commercial Enablement Manager, you'll identify training needs, coordinate cross-departmental information flow, and oversee projects that drive commercial colleague success.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product Development, and subject matter experts to ensure current, effective materials

Project leadership: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute projects within scope and budget

Continuous improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust processes to meet evolving client and market needs

 

What You'll Actually Do

Build enablement expertise: Acquire comprehensive knowledge across Personify Health products, services, partnerships, and processes relevant to Commercial organization success.

 

Design training excellence: Create and maintain comprehensive training materials including presentations, knowledgebase resources, online modules, documentation, and competency assessments.

 

Facilitate collaboration: Coordinate communication among Marketing, Product Development, and internal departments to provide updates on enhancements and innovations.

 

Manage projects: Execute projects with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget compliance.

 

Provide regular updates: Communicate existing and new products or processes to Commercial Teams through meetings and comprehensive documentation.

 

Assess and improve: Conduct needs assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and integrate market perspectives into client needs reviews and process adjustments.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The professional foundation:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years' success in client management, project management, or product training (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Skilled in curriculum design, training delivery, and assessment (online L&D software preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure

The technical expertise:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience with Seismic (strongly preferred) and Gainsight (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Health, Wellbeing & Navigation Market preferred

The enablement competencies:

  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding oral, visual presentation, and communication skills (technical and non-technical)
  • Strong understanding of impact that new features/processes have on business, clients, and end users
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter approach with creativity in problem-solving and material development

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
