Who are you?
The Supervisor, Corporate Technical Leads will lead a global team of Tier 3 technical professionals responsible for advanced desktop support, endpoint management, and junior systems administration. Supporting over 2,000 users across 12 countries, this role ensures high-quality service delivery, escalated issue resolution, and proactive systems stewardship. Reporting to the Tier 4 Cloud Engineering team, this leader will bridge operational support and strategic engineering initiatives, driving excellence in endpoint technologies including Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
