Who are you?

 

The Supervisor, Corporate Technical Leads will lead a global team of Tier 3 technical professionals responsible for advanced desktop support, endpoint management, and junior systems administration. Supporting over 2,000 users across 12 countries, this role ensures high-quality service delivery, escalated issue resolution, and proactive systems stewardship. Reporting to the Tier 4 Cloud Engineering team, this leader will bridge operational support and strategic engineering initiatives, driving excellence in endpoint technologies including Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

 

  • Lead and manage the global Systems Technical Leads team, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy and operational excellence.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to mentor, coach, and support team members in professional development and performance goals.
  • Champion a culture of exceptional customer service, rapid response, and technical expertise in resolving escalated support issues.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Cloud Systems Engineering to plan and execute high-impact projects, including M&A integration and infrastructure modernization.
  • Develop and enforce a robust change management process to ensure consistent, secure, and auditable system updates.
  • Partner with service desk leadership to refine incident response workflows, escalation protocols, and service delivery standards.
  • Oversee Tier 2–3 issue resolution, including hardware diagnostics, system upgrades, network configuration, backup recovery, and software troubleshooting.
  • Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and automated desktop management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and related technologies. Monitor and maintain cloud-based systems including Meraki, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and endpoint security platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics across the corporate IT stack to identify trends, optimize system health, and recommend technology improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional training initiatives for service desk staff on new hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and enterprise applications.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, fostering strategic partnerships and aligning IT initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Support budget planning, vendor coordination, and resource allocation for endpoint and desktop infrastructure projects.
  • Execute additional IT responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership, including infrastructure deployments and compliance-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Professional certifications in networking, cloud platforms, or endpoint management (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Jamf, Cisco) strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise environments, including:
  • Windows OS, macOS
  • Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Azure Compute and identity/device management
  • Endpoint deployment and lifecycle management
  • VPN, TCP/IP, and remote user networking
  • Antivirus and backup systems
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated success in mentoring technical staff and managing service delivery.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Active Directory services, including group policy, authentication, and directory synchronization.
  • Extensive experience with modern endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, and their integration with cloud identity systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven ability to train and enable support teams on new technologies, hardware, and software platforms.
