Responsibilities

Ready to Design Program Experiences That Delight Clients?

We're seeking a motivated professional who can translate client needs into expertly configured program experiences. As our Client Configuration Specialist, you'll work with Client Success Managers to determine optimal setup for each client while maintaining deep knowledge of our best practice models and program design capabilities.

Best practice expertise: Understand and apply our proven program design models to create optimal client experiences

Collaborative approach: Work closely with Client Success Managers to translate client needs into technical solutions

Problem-solving focus: Research and resolve client inquiries while identifying escalation needs and process improvements

 

What You'll Actually Do

Master program knowledge: Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of all aspects of Personify Health programs including setup, configuration, and optimization options.

Configure client experiences: Handle back-end setup and configuration for clients making program changes while working with Client Success Managers to determine best solutions.

Provide expert support: Support Client Success Managers across all applications while reviewing client inquiries and researching responses to issues.

Resolve client needs: Respond to routine requests and questions, seeking management assistance for complex issues while identifying escalation requirements.

Support client events: Attend promotional events for clients when necessary while collaborating with team members to continually improve processes and become more efficient.

Drive continuous improvement: Perform special projects as requested while maintaining focus on process optimization and client satisfaction enhancement.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The professional foundation:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline
  • 1-3 years professional work experience in sales, marketing, account management, or related customer service position
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Salesforce experience preferred

The analytical competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills with strong organizational abilities and detail orientation
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and as part of team
  • High level of professionalism and positive work behavior

The collaborative qualities:

  • Required to work cross-functionally with co-workers and external channel partners
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing client needs and program requirements
  • Strong communication skills for translating technical capabilities into client-friendly solutions
