Ready to Be the Bridge Between Client Needs and Exceptional Delivery?

 

We're looking for a client-focused professional who can maintain broad understanding of our products and services while ensuring quality delivery on performance commitments. As our Client Delivery Specialist, you'll help execute client strategies while building relationships across cross-functional teams.

 

What makes this role different

 

Client experience impact: Your coordination directly affects how clients experience our services and programs

Cross-functional collaboration: Build relationships with Finance, Implementation, Client Operations, Member Services, Product, DSR, and Live Services teams

Post-implementation focus: Handle ongoing client needs after implementation completion, ensuring continued satisfaction

Problem-solving emphasis: Proactively monitor and resolve client technical support issues with appropriate internal teams

 

What You'll Actually Do

Coordinate client requirements: Document, submit, track, communicate, and monitor client program requirements post-implementation while helping clients match needs with operationally efficient delivery options.

 

Build internal relationships: Partner with cross-functional teams to execute deliverables for clients while delivering agreed reporting from internal tools.

 

Support member services: Resolve needs for client-specific information, update training for agents, and complete documentation to enhance service delivery.

 

Monitor issue resolution: Proactively monitor satisfactory resolution of client technical support issues by appropriate internal teams while maintaining working knowledge of significant tools.

 

Manage client communications: Coordinate with internal teams to provide updates on client needs and ensure consistent communication throughout client lifecycle.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The professional foundation:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred (healthcare, health science, wellness, customer service, business management, operations, logistics experience)
  • 1-3+ years professional work experience in operations/logistics, customer service, customer management, software implementation, project management
  • Previous SaaS, health/wellness, or healthcare industry experience preferred

The technical competencies:

  • Proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Previous Salesforce experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of tools including Salesforce, GenAdmin, Gainsight, MicroStrategy, JIRA, Confluence

  • Impeccable organization and priority management skills with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with proactive approach, appropriate sense of urgency, and positive attitude

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $52,000 to $62,000 annually. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 5% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
