We're seeking an experienced project management professional who can manage large multi-faceted partnership and group implementations. As our Senior Implementation Project Manager, you'll serve as client-facing expert while ensuring successful project completion within required timelines and mentoring team members.

What You'll Actually Do

Lead complex implementations: Manage large multi-faceted partnership and individual group implementations while maintaining overall project ownership and coordinating activities among internal departments.

Deliver client satisfaction: Ensure highest level of client satisfaction for successful implementation while responding to client and broker requests during implementation process.

Drive continuous improvement: Solicit client feedback and work with internal partners to implement enhancements while employing standard project methodology and procedures.

Support business development: Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP completion, prospect sales calls, and finalist meetings while managing 3rd party integration activities.

Mentor team members: Serve as peer mentor and guide to newly on-boarding team members during orientation and training while providing supplemental support to Client Success and Client Delivery teams.

Lead process improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance scalability of implementation services while performing special projects as requested.

What You Bring to Our Mission

The project management foundation:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline
• 3-5+ years project management and/or software implementation experience working on complex projects with large corporate clients
• Previous experience working directly with external clients and vendor partners strongly preferred

The technical expertise:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with project management tools preferred (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
• Experience in Health insurance, Healthcare environment, or Health TPA

The leadership competencies:

• Strong project management skills with excellent customer-facing abilities
• Ability to navigate dynamic technological environment with experience managing changing priorities
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively through others while prioritizing deliverables and negotiating with clients and internal parties

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from 90,000 to 100,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
