We're seeking a strategic, client-facing problem solver who can translate client needs into innovative solutions that deliver measurable impact. As our Solution Architect focusing on Wellbeing products, you'll serve as trusted partner while guiding clients toward outcomes that maximize satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
What makes this role different
✓ Subject matter expertise: Become expert within Wellbeing anchor product including offerings, processes, and intersections with other products
✓ Client consultation: Work directly with clients and prospects to provide thoughtful recommendations based on operational feasibility and cost considerations
✓ Operational improvement: Manage proactive efficiency projects that increase client satisfaction or decrease operational lift without quality compromise
✓ Strategic collaboration: Establish key relationships with Product, Engineering, Client Success, Operations, Sales, and Strategic Development teams
Develop product expertise: Become subject-matter expert within Wellbeing anchor product including offerings, processes, and potential intersections with other services.
Provide strategic consultation: Work directly with clients and prospects to deliver thoughtful recommendations based on needs identified with account/strategy/sales teams.
Support business development: Provide subject matter expertise for pre-sales, implementation, and account management support as warranted by prospect or customer needs.
Lead improvement projects: Manage at least one proactive operational efficiency project annually that increases client satisfaction or decreases operational requirements.
Build strategic relationships: Establish and maintain key collaborator relationships with Product, Engineering, Client Success, Operations, Sales, and Strategic Development teams.
Execute strategic goals: Implement tactics to achieve strategic goals and annual operating plan while remaining resourceful on continued learning and change.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges up to $108,000 annually. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
