Are you passionate about health and wellness and energized by solving complex data challenges? Join the Client Operations team at Personify Health as a Reporting Specialist, where you'll play a key role in shaping the client experience through data. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for setting up and automating standard reporting using MicroStrategy, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive meaningful, accurate, and timely data. In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

 

  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Personify Health products.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Personify Health reporting capabilities.
  • Work with Implementation, Account Management, Client Delivery and VAR Account Management to understand client reporting needs.
  • Triage reporting requests submitted to determine if the request can be support and automated in MicroStrategy. Route requests that cannot be supported via standard reporting in MicroStrategy to DaaS.
  • Collaborate with Integrations and DaaS teams to ensure standard reporting requests can be accommodated based on the client’s eligibility data and data available in MicroStrategy.
  • Build standard reports in MicroStrategy to match agreed upon requirements and setup automated jobs to deliver reports to the client on the agreed upon cadence.
  • Make updates to existing reports based on change requests made by clients.
  • Engage in detailed analysis of data discrepancies to determine the source and resolution of errors.
  • Respond to and resolve routine requests and questions.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance processes to drive overall performance of standard reporting.
  • Join client meetings and have active conversations surrounding reporting.
  • Gather necessary information to fill out reporting file specs.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Statistics/Information Science, or equivalent, in related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in data management, information systems, data analytics.
  • Willingness to learn new tools that manipulate, analyze and visualize data.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Experience with MicroStrategy preferred.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $21 to $25 per hour. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 5% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
