We're seeking a data-focused professional with passion for health and wellness who can set up and automate standard reporting using MicroStrategy. As our Reporting Specialist, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive meaningful, accurate, and timely data that supports their decision-making.

Technical expertise: Build standard reports in MicroStrategy while setting up automated jobs for consistent delivery

Quality focus: Engage in detailed analysis of data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and reliability

 

What You'll Actually Do

Master program knowledge: Maintain strong working knowledge of Personify Health products and comprehensive reporting capabilities.

 

Understand client needs: Work with Implementation, Account Management, Client Delivery, and VAR teams to determine client reporting requirements.

 

Triage requests effectively: Determine if requests can be supported in MicroStrategy or require routing to DaaS while collaborating with Integrations teams.

 

Build automated reporting: Create standard reports in MicroStrategy matching agreed requirements while setting up automated delivery jobs on specified schedules.

 

Manage updates: Make changes to existing reports based on client change requests while engaging in detailed data discrepancy analysis.

 

Drive process improvement: Develop, implement, and enhance processes for overall standard reporting performance while joining client meetings for reporting discussions.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The analytical foundation:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Statistics/Information Science or equivalent in related discipline
  • 3-5 years professional work experience in data management, information systems, or data analytics
  • Willingness to learn new tools that manipulate, analyze, and visualize data

The technical expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
  • Experience with MicroStrategy preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

The professional competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills with strong organizational abilities and detail orientation
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with co-workers and external channel partners
  • Capability to work independently and as part of team with high level of professionalism and positive work behavior

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $21 to $25 per hour. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 5% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
