Responsibilities

Ready to Launch Your Project Management Career While Driving Client Success?

We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional who can support complex client projects under mentorship of experienced team leaders. As our Associate Implementation Project Manager, you'll play an integral role in facilitating new implementations, platform migrations, and add-on services that directly influence client success.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Client Success Managers, operational teams, and third-party partners

Professional growth: Utilize standard implementation methodology, processes, and tools while developing project management expertise

 

What You'll Actually Do

Support client implementations: Assist with select accounts in active stages of new client implementation or current client upgrades using proven methodologies.

Manage operational activities: Handle tactical activities for 3rd party integrations while responding to routine client requests during implementation process.

Coordinate internal teams: Work with Client Delivery operational teams for platform configuration, data integration, and report management coordination.

Maintain project tools: Update internal client and project management tools including project plans, Confluence, Salesforce, and Jira with accuracy and timeliness.

Participate in client meetings: Join regular telephonic client meetings and work with Project Managers and Client Success Managers to manage deliverables.

Deliver client satisfaction: Ensure highest levels of client satisfaction in implementation experience while escalating complex issues appropriately.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The foundational experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline
  • 1-2 years professional work experience in customer service, software implementation, and/or project management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce preferred

  • Excellent customer-facing skills with ability to navigate dynamic technological environment
  • Impeccable organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with co-workers and external channel partners
