Who are you?
We’re hiring a Health & Wellbeing Program Manager to support a high-profile energy client in New Jersey. In this hybrid, client-facing role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of strategic wellbeing initiatives that improve employee health, boost engagement, and support a culture of wellness.
You’ll collaborate with HR teams, use data to guide decisions, and champion Personify Health’s platform and solutions. Ideal candidates bring a proactive mindset, strong project management skills, and experience in corporate health promotion.
This is a full-time hybrid position with up to 20% travel throughout New Jersey.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills

Technically savvy and quick to learn new systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Demonstrated business acumen and customer-focused mindset
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and a natural curiosity
Able to work independently while building strong relationships and driving engagement

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 5% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
