Who are you?

 

Personify Health is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Talent Acquisition Leader to develop and execute a robust set of recruitment strategies designed to attract top talent to our organization. As a key member of the People Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the vision, direction, and execution of enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives to support business needs.


The ideal candidate is data-driven and innovative and will have a strong track record of leading & developing a team of Talent Acquisition Partners across all functions and skills levels in high growth & performance-driven environments.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Partners with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with current and future business needs

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insight into talent market trends, risk mitigation, and competitive intelligence

  • Facilitate ongoing alignment around recruiting priorities, organizational design, and candidate/onboarding experience

  • Lead and coach a high-performing talent acquisition team to deliver exceptional candidate experience in a consistent and simple manner

  • Build a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement withing the talent acquisition function

  • Optimize the talent technology (ATS, HRIS, Employee Portal) to enhance productivity, reporting, visibility, and candidate experience

  • Partner with marketing team to enhance employer brand and attract top-tier talent through digital presence, campaigns, partnerships, and overall experience

  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse candidate pipelines across all roles

  • Utilize metrics, dashboards, and insights to evaluate hiring performance and track metrics that inform data-driven decisions

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor Business, Human Resources Management or related field preferred, or equal combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, in fast-paced, complex environments, with a minimum of four (4) years in people-leadership roles
  • Proven success leading enterprise-wide recruitment strategy in high-growth, matrixed, global organization
  • Executive presence and ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in selection and/or optimization of Applicant Tracking systems (ATS), including compliance frameworks
  • Proven ability to be a brand ambassador to source and hire top talent.
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry strongly preferred

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 annually. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 15% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
