Who are you?

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to business leaders, delivering HR initiatives that support organizational goals, enhance workforce capabilities, and foster a high-performance culture. The HRBP leverages deep expertise in HR practices, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations to influence and shape people strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Partner with leaders at all levels of the organization to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions
• Support change management efforts, organizational design, and culture initiatives that drive business transformation and employee engagement
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management to ensure a positive and compliant work environment
• Use HR metrics and people analytics to inform business decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Collaborate on performance management processes, compensation reviews, and recognition programs that motivate and retain top talent; lead these programs with clients
• Partner with HR peers on the design and implementation of HR programs and policies that support a high-performance culture.
• Advise and coach managers on leadership, performance management, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness.
• Integrate diversity, inclusion, and belonging as an intentional topic and priority across all talent touchpoints.

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

• Bachelor’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field- combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive HR experience
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide recruitment strategy in high-growth, matrixed, global organization
• Strong understanding of labor laws and contemporary HR best practices

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $160,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
