Ready to Connect Data Systems That Power Client Success?

We're looking for a data-focused professional with passion for health and wellness who gets excited about analyzing data and solving complex problems. As our Integration Specialist, you'll handle initial setup and ongoing maintenance of data feeds that manage client eligibility, rewards, and program participation.

Technical expertise: Serve as subject matter expert in data interchange meetings with clients and vendors

Problem-solving focus: Conduct analysis of data discrepancies to determine source and resolution of errors

Collaborative environment: Work closely with Client Success, configuration, and DSR teams to optimize client experience

 

What You'll Actually Do

Master program knowledge: Maintain strong working knowledge of all aspects of Health and Wellbeing programs to support comprehensive client service.

 

Lead client interactions: Participate in client meetings to review file specifications, discuss problem resolutions, and implement new client requirements.

 

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with configuration and DSR teams to understand configuration and reporting needs that impact eligibility requirements.

 

Serve as data expert: Act as SME in data interchange meetings including requirements review, mapping overview, data analysis, and testing status updates.

 

Create documentation: Develop and maintain required documentation including mapping and process specifications for inbound files while building file mappings with if/then logic.

 

Analyze and resolve: Process client/vendor files, conduct analysis of data discrepancies, respond to routine requests, and collaborate on process improvements.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The educational foundation:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Statistics/Information Science or equivalent in related discipline
  • 1-3 years professional work experience in data management, information systems, or data analytics
  • 1-2 years experience utilizing Excel with willingness to learn new data manipulation and visualization tools

The technical competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite with strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills with strong organizational abilities and detail orientation
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

The professional qualities:

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with co-workers and external channel partners
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of team
  • High level of professionalism and positive work behavior
  • Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
