Who are you?

You are a team player who demonstrates strong decision-making and problem solving skills with emphasis on personal responsibility and willingness to deal with issues at hand. As a Digital Communications Coordinator with Personify Health, you display strong written and oral communications and interpersonal skills. You are quick to learn new things in this fast-moving field, and you can keep up to date with new developments as they happen.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Build, preview, and deploy high volume of email marketing campaigns utilizing the various tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Sendgrid (eCLMS).
• Understand Personify Health data points to configure audience segments using Profile Attributes.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Test creative integrity and execute daily QA review of all communications and segmentation.
• Analyze email campaign results.
• Coordinate and communicate with fellow marketers and other team members to get necessary creative for email campaigns.
• Complete ad hoc projects as required.
