Who are you?

This role is a temporary position to cover for our eCommerce Associate while on leave. This position will cover merchandising, assisting with promotions, handing order-related customer service inquiries, managing drop-ship order completion, and overall assisting with the maintenance of the eCommerce store.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Day to day maintenance of the online store, ensuring the website functions and looks as expected, including all buttons, links, and content.
• Ensure on-site categories are accurate and kept up to date.
• Monitor SKU-level inventory quantities and place Purchase Orders as needed to maintain steady inventory levels
• Pull, review and send drop-ship order files
• Assist with on-site promotions
• Help answer any relevant item questions from Member Services team.

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in Excel (formulas, lookups, etc.)
• High attention to detail, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (nopCommerce experience is a strong plus, but not required)
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
