Ready to Navigate Complex Tax Landscapes During Rapid Growth?

We're seeking a tax professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and brings both technical expertise and strategic thinking to our expanding global operations. As our Manager of Taxation, you'll work alongside our Senior Director of Tax to ensure compliance excellence while identifying opportunities to optimize our tax position as we scale.

What You'll Actually Do

Master compliance complexity: Lead data collection and analysis for annual U.S. and international income tax provision and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

 

Drive strategic tax planning: Assist with quarterly provisions, monitor regulatory changes, and support tax risk mitigation projects that protect and optimize our tax position.

 

Optimize transfer pricing: Manage annual benchmarking processes, analyze intercompany arrangements, and prepare quarterly calculations to ensure compliance and efficiency.

 

Ensure operational excellence: Reconcile GL tax accounts monthly, manage unclaimed property compliance, and respond to tax notices with precision and timeliness.

 

Support growth initiatives: Analyze acquisition-related tax implications, execute Section 382 calculations, and coordinate with external advisors for seamless integration.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The educational foundation:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MST and CPA preferred
  • Public accounting experience preferred

The technical expertise:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Windows environment
  • Experience with Checkpoint, OneSource, NetSuite is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and international tax regulations and transfer pricing

The professional qualities:

  • Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder interactions
  • Ability to work independently while meeting critical deadlines consistently

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 annually. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
