Who are you?

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mid-Level Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting data-driven decision-making by partnering closely with Senior Engineering Leadership to analyze key operational data and develop insightful Power BI reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Collaborate with Senior Engineering Leadership to understand business needs and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret data related to personnel spend, vendor spend, project costs, and quality metrics.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements for reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting solutions.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support project planning and execution by providing analytical insights and performance tracking.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL for data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational metrics, especially in areas such as personnel and vendor spend.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

You also take pride in offering the following Core Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics:

  • Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., technology, engineering, or manufacturing].
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is a plus.
