Who are you?

 

The Team Lead of Screening Services is a player-coach role responsible for the planning, scheduling, preparation, delivery, and follow-up of health screening services to Personify Health clients. The Team Lead will supervise a group of Screening Coordinators while also spending a portion of their time (25-50%) working on screening event planning activities themselves. Working closely with the Manager of Screening Services, the Team Lead ensures that all client deliverables meet and/or exceed the expectations of both the client and Personify Health. In addition to planning and scheduling events, the Team Lead is an internal escalation point for Client Success and other departments. The Team Lead should possess creative abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills. Finally, the individual must be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to apply constructive feedback

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

 

  • Directly manage the team of Screening Coordinators across the Personify Health organization to ensure standard processes and best practices are being followed
  • Hold one-on-one meetings with each of the Screening Coordinators to coach and support growth
  • Be the primary point of contact for the Screening Coordinators for day-to-day questions, in addition to being a point of escalation for Screening Services inquiries within Personify Health
  • Enforce the use of established processes, documentation and approved systems (Ex. Confluence, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Assist with the Request for Screening process and support the Manager of Screening Services in ensuring work is evenly distributed across the Screening Services team
  • Support the review and/or creation of screening communication materials along with Product Marketing
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams including but not limited to: Client Success, Sales, Platform Services, Member Services, and Project Management (Implementation)
  • Support the CS & Sales organizations with escalated issues, RFPs, and enablement requests
  • Availability outside of standard office hours via phone and email is preferred

 

As a player-coach, the Team Lead, Screening Services will also fulfill the roles & responsibilities of the Screening Coordinator and will:

  • Be the primary point of contact for health screenings for his/her designated clients
  • Coordinate the logistics of biometric health screening events and services working directly with Client Success, Project Management, and the screening partners
  • Participate in client calls to provide guidance and best practices around onsite screenings and Community Access services; taking notes, providing feedback and assisting with follow-ups
  • Manage the event planning and coordination including but not limited to: dates, times, locations, expected participation, and site contact information
  • Document and track screening events in the approved internal management applications
  • Work with the screening partner to ensure the events are fulfilled as requested
  • Communicate internally to support additional tasks including eligibility file transmission, scheduler configuration, etc

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with various software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive)
  • Previous experience using Salesforce preferred
  • Strong ability to navigate directly, and guide team members through, a dynamic technological environment
  • Experience in event planning/execution
  • Willingness to accept and contribute new ideas and adapt to a rapidly changing, high-growth, environment
  • Passion for team building across the Client Operations organization and cross-functionally within Personify Health
  • Capacity to get things done quickly with a strong sense of urgency
  • Previous experience as a manager is ideal, but not required.
  • Previous experience working at Personify Health preferred.
