Who are you?

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Commercial Enablement Services to join our team. This role is pivotal in executing our commercial enablement strategy and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the enablement team. Reporting to the Vice President of Enablement Services & Proposal Management, the Director of Commercial Enablement Services will work closely with key stakeholders, including the SVP of Sales Strategy & Operations, and leaders across the organization, to drive growth and operational efficiency. 

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Strategy Execution & Acceleration of our Wellbeing & TPA Businesses: Drive the implementation and management of the commercial enablement strategy across the Wellbeing, Navigation & Advocacy, and TPA business portfolios, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals. Optimize execution to accelerate growth, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize strategic impact. 
  • Program Development: Architect and implement dynamic enablement initiatives that elevate the commercial team's capabilities. Leverage strategic design, cutting-edge methodologies, and tailored content to enhance skills, deepen knowledge, and maximize effectiveness in driving business outcomes. 
  • Enablement Content: Develop and curate high-impact enablement materials that remain current, relevant, and seamlessly accessible. Continuously refine content strategies to align with evolving business needs, enhancing usability and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate seamlessly across Commercial and P&L functions to gain deep insights into business priorities and customer needs. Proactively anticipate enablement requirements, guiding the team in executing strategic initiatives that drive impactful outcomes.
  • People Development and Team Leadership: Lead the commercial enablement team, cultivating a high-performance, collaborative culture. Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of enablement initiatives with commercial objectives.
  • Scaled Delivery & Efficient Operations: Drive scalable execution of strategic priorities and initiatives by optimizing processes, leveraging technology and AI, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of commercial. programs.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and implement a robust framework for key performance indicators, success measures, actionable insights, and continuous optimization of enablement initiatives. Leverage data-driven analysis to enhance strategic impact and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role 
  • Strong understanding of the Third Party Administration (TPA), HR Tech/SaaS and Health Plan Administration industries  
  • Knowledge (and execution of) sales methodologies: Challenger, MEDDICC, Value Selling, Solution Sellling, Customer-Centric Selling, etc. 
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions 
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously 
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with demonstrated industry and business acumen   
  • Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles  
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, Hubspot etc.), learning management systems (Sprout, Articulate etc), and content management platforms (Seismic, Highspotetc), and sales tools (Gong, LinkedIn SalesNav, etc). 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in enablement to ensure our strategies remaincutting-edge.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 20% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
