  • Solve complex problems with large healthcare datasets by applying advanced analytical and statistical approaches, including predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, and longitudinal analysis of member health journeys.
  • Build scalable analytical frameworks and measurement systems that adapt to regulatory changes and emerging health technologies, supporting long-term product strategy and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical Affairs, Member Services, Sales, and Client Success teams to inform, influence, and execute product strategy, translating complex user data into actionable business insights.
  • Communicate findings through compelling, data-driven stories tailored to technical, clinical, and business audiences, establishing credibility and influencing strategic direction.

  • Ensure all analytical work aligns with healthcare data privacy, security, and compliance standards, including HIPAA and internal data governance best practices.

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
