Who are you?

Personify Health is looking for an experienced and hands-on eCommerce Manager (6-Month Contract) to step in while our Senior Manager is on leave. In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our online store through the busiest season of the year, ensuring a seamless customer experience from product listing to order delivery. You’ll oversee merchandising, promotional planning, and performance tracking, making data-driven decisions to drive conversion and revenue. This is a high-impact role that requires cross-functional collaboration, strategic agility, and operational excellence.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Manage day-to-day operations of our eCommerce store during peak season
• Coordinate product listings, pricing updates, and promotions
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion metrics, and inventory
• Maintain appropriate levels of stock to maximize sales opportunities
• Support reporting needs and troubleshoot platform issues as they arise
• Collaborate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure fulfillment readiness
• Work with external vendors to coordinate bulk and individual order shipments

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with Google Analytics
• High attention to detail, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills

You also take pride in offering the following Core Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics:

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (nopCommerce experience is a strong plus, but not required)
• Experience in digital merchandising, product launches, or promotional campaigns
• Background in wellness, health-tech, or retail is a bonus
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges up to $50/hr. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Please note this is a contract position and, as such, is NOT eligible for benefits.
