Responsibilities

Who are you?

 

As an Operations Support Specialist, your role entails offering technical, operational, and administrative support to the Live Services team as well as other internal groups. Responsibilities include coordinating outreach, resolving ticket inquiries, assisting team members with technological and program-related issues, escalating concerns as needed, and executing orders for program materials.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Support team members with technology issues: troubleshoot with team member, escalate issues, direct team members to service desk, as needed
  • Support team members with general program or client questions; research and respond to team member, escalate to other teams or departments when needed
  • Serve as the go-to problem solver for team members
  • Understand Salesforce functionality and underlying data processes including resolving tickets
  • Manage the day-to-day outreach support including uploading lists and troubleshooting challenges when needed
  • Escalate issues to other teams or departments, as needed
  • Fulfill orders for devices and manage guidebooks, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in coaching operations, health coaching, operations, healthcare, IT support

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Experience with dynamic trouble-shooting and training to support people when they're under pressure
  • Ability to think and respond quickly, accurately, and articulately

  • A high level of professionalism and positive work behavior
  • Knack for helping others with technical issues
  • High level of urgency and reaction time to issues
