Who are you?
The Strategic Sales Associate identifies sales opportunities, drives brand and solution awareness, and assists the VP of Strategic Accounts in managing the pipeline. Responsibilities include following up on inbound marketing leads, sourcing outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the Vice President of Strategic Accounts adhering to qualification guidelines. The associate will build relationships, handle objections, create urgency, manage the sales cycle, and collaborate with the VP of Strategic Accounts and marketing to create a sales pipeline that exceeds expectations.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
Managing top-of-the-funnel activity
Following up daily on inbound leads and campaign responses generated from marketing efforts
Conducting ongoing outbound campaigning and outreach
Account mapping
Researching and creating buyer groups
Collaborating closely with product marketing on messaging
Supporting initial calls, meetings, and demonstrations
Creating and following up on target account lists
Strategizing, coordinating, and executing strategic outbound prospecting campaigns
Providing active pipeline support
Managing relationships with prospects and pipeline contacts
Participating in onsite and offsite meetings
Attending conferences, micro-events, networking events
Providing RFI/RFP support
Assisting in prospect follow-up and selling between events
Coordinating with the VP of Strategic Accounts to maintain Salesforce records
Preparing for meetings
Facilitating contracting and deal closure
Gathering internal resources to support the contracting phase
Supporting the transition of closed deals to the implementation team

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from all $60,000 to $75,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for $40,000 target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
