Responsibilities

Who are you?

 

The Partner Billing Coordinator is responsible for all partner invoicing, invoice approval/rejecting and partner/client billing issues.  In the role of Partner Billing Coordinator, you will be the bridge between partners and our internal team. 

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Review and approve all product partner invoices, ensuring alignment with partner contracts
  • Provide all eligibility reporting within contractually agreed upon cadence to all partners
  • Partner closely with VP Finance team to ensure alignment with standard billing practices
  • Maintain up-to-date billing system
  • Monitor client account billing details
  • Ensure contracts and billing systems collate with each other
  • Investigate and solve internal and customer queries
  • Communicate with partners and internal team members via email or phone
  • Work directly with partners/vendors for billing related questions
  • Assists with audits when needed
  • Establishes working relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Preserves a thorough knowledge of applicable company policies and procedures
  • Miscellaneous special projects and duties as assigned
