We're seeking a proven sales executive who can combine strategic vision with tactical execution to drive new logo growth across the wellbeing and navigation landscape. As our SVP Wellbeing Sales, you'll leverage deep market expertise to build a best-in-class sales organization while capturing significant market opportunities.

What You'll Actually Do

Drive revenue strategy: Create and implement strategies that generate demand, drive revenue, and close new business across employer, payer, and health system markets.

 

Build sales excellence: Develop best-in-class sales organization with formal, systematic approach for top-line revenue growth and customer acquisition.

 

Expand partnerships: Develop and cultivate channel relationships with brokers, consultants, employers, and payers while promoting superior benefits of our services.

 

Lead cultural transformation: Act as cultural leader, aligning values with enterprise standards to empower teams and create scalable high-performance environment.

 

Manage strategic communications: Communicate effectively with CCO, CEO, CFO, and functional leaders through regular reporting and strategic planning discussions.

 

Optimize performance: Contribute to sales incentive compensation development, establish goals, track performance, and modify strategies based on results.

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Mission

The sales leadership foundation:

  • Deep knowledge and experience in employer health space with track record managing teams selling to employer and health plan communities
  • Proven track record achieving and exceeding annual quota both individually and as sales team leader
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and selling to multiple levels within enterprise organizations

The strategic expertise:

  • Ability to provide direction on strategy and tactics for complex sales to reps and pursuit teams
  • Proven relationship management skills with experience in large cross-matrixed environments
  • Strong executive presence and outstanding communication skills as credible company spokesperson

The leadership qualities:

  • Strong competitor who drives growth and excellence while meeting objectives through clear expectations and accountability
  • Hands-on, visible leadership style with ability to converse fluently with employees and constituents

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 75% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
