Responsibilities

Who are you?

 

We are seeking a Low-Code Application Developer to design, develop, and optimize business applications using low-code platforms such as Appian, Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, OutSystems, or ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, streamline processes, and deliver scalable and efficient applications.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Application Development: Design, build, and maintain low-code/no-code applications to support business needs.
  • Process Automation: Leverage automation tools to enhance workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Integration & APIs: Connect applications with external systems using APIs, web services, and integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or ERP systems.
  • User Experience (UX) Design: Create intuitive user interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Data Management: Design and implement database structures, queries, and reports.
  • Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and deploy solutions following best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, IT, and operations to gather requirements and optimize solutions.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain technical documentation and provide user training when necessary

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with low-code development platforms (Appian, Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, OutSystems, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Knowledge of workflow automation and process mapping.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
  • Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive product decisions and optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms such as Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
