Responsibilities

Who are you?

 

In the role of Renewal Proposal and Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the renewal process for customer contracts in partnership with our Strategic Account Executive, Client Success, and Legal teams.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Planning and monitoring the renewal proposal and contract workflow
  • Gathering information from internal tools (SFDC, Seismic, Contract database, etc) and stakeholders supporting renewal & contract development
  • Establishing and managing timelines, including holding stakeholders accountable
  • Collaboration with Strategic Account Executives an/or Client Success Manager to execute the renewal proposal and contract amendment
  • Data management of contract & product details
  • Manage Contract Renewals: Oversee aspects of customer renewal proposal and contract/amendment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Communication: Communicate with internal teams and where appropriate clients regarding their renewal proposal, contract status and any changes.

  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and issue renewal quotes and proposals, ensuring they meet client needs and company standards.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Legal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues before renewal deadlines.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, renewal statuses and product details in SFDC system.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in contract management, client success, customer service, or sales operations
  • Experience with US health insurance, third party administrators, and SaaS contracts, is preferred

  • Proficiency in SalesForce and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple renewal proposals and contracts and ensure all details are accurately tracked and processed
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact the renewal process
  • Highly collaborative and able to organize and manage projects across multiple teams
  • Quick learning self-starter with an outstanding record and demonstrated ability to develop processes, workflows and work with minimal supervision
