Who are you?

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to oversee the product management lifecycle of our low-code applications. This role will drive innovation, align product development with organizational goals, and ensure the successful execution of our low-code solutions within the Intelligent Automation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of low-code applications, from ideation to maintenance.
• Evaluate the current state of products, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Monitor and maintain product health metrics, ensuring performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on organizational goals, user feedback, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for further development and optimization of existing applications.
• Propose and execute strategies to enhance the competitive edge of applications.
• Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, including developers, and business units.
• Communicate with leadership and key stakeholders to align on strategic priorities and provide progress updates.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and set clear product expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on product performance, usage metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Leverage data to justify decisions, forecast trends, and measure ROI on updates or new developments.
• Ensure that applications meet user needs through continuous testing, feedback collection, and iteration.
• Advocate for usability and accessibility at every stage of the product’s evolution.

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with low-code applications or automation tools.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and leadership.

• Familiarity with low-code platforms such as Appian, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar is a plus.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
