Who are you?

As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll work to enhance our Health Plan Administration product suite to optimize value for our members and employers.  You’ll work closely with our commercial, service operations, engineering, analytics and experience teams to design and launch industry-leading products at scale.  Your healthcare expertise will help simply member experience, while also bringing in innovative technology and benefits to improve the quality of care. 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Own and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, packaging and experience for our TPA product line in collaboration with stakeholders across the enterprise.
• Build compliant and value-added products to offer employers choice, while ensuring accuracy and transparency in administration and showcasing plan sponsor savings.
• Engage with sales, customer success, prospects, customers, and channel partners to understand pain points and opportunity areas, and develop plans that help achieve both short and longer term business objectives.
• Gather and execute product requirements to support growth and retention efforts.
• Bring forth the voice of the customer by continually seeking out feedback through internal and external stakeholders, user testing and other research means.
• Effectively communicate progress and maintain accountability for your product.
• Track overall program metrics and effectively report out on program health to executive audiences.

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent experience; a master’s degree is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in product design, development and launch

• Must be able to manage, analyze and report on complex data for actionable insights
• Excellent communication, problem solving, organization and technical skills
• Passion for simplifying the healthcare ecosystem for members and employers
• Understanding of the regulatory landscape for healthcare
• Familiar with SaaS software development practices
• Ability to travel as required (roughly 10% travel)

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $125,000 to $175,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
